Check your usage and limits
See how many SMS and email messages you've sent this period against your ChronSync plan's limits on the Settings Usage page.
See how many messages you've sent so far this period and how much of your plan's allowance is left. This helps you stay ahead of your limits before they affect your reminders.
Before you start
- Your plan — Free, Pro, or Enterprise — sets your message allowances.
- Usage counts reset each billing period.
See your usage
Go to Settings → Usage.

Review the SMS and email counts for the current period against your plan's limits.

You'll see how many SMS and email messages you've sent and how many remain. ChronSync alerts you as you approach your limits, so you have time to act.
You can't change your plan or manage billing from inside ChronSync yet. To upgrade or adjust your limits, contact ChronSync support or your administrator.
