Analytics

The Analytics page gives you insight into your scheduling activity. Use it to understand demand patterns, optimize your availability, and measure booking growth over time.

Dashboard Overview

When you open Analytics in the sidebar, you see a set of charts and metrics summarizing your scheduling activity.

Key Metrics

MetricWhat It Shows
Total BookingsNumber of bookings in the selected period
Booking RatePercentage of available slots that were booked
Cancellation RatePercentage of bookings that were cancelled
Most Popular Event TypeThe event type with the highest booking volume

Booking Volume Over Time

A line chart shows your booking volume day by day (or week by week for longer ranges). Use this to identify trends:

  • Growing demand -- Steadily increasing bookings may mean it is time to expand availability or add team members
  • Seasonal patterns -- Some businesses see predictable busy and slow periods
  • Campaign effects -- A spike after sharing your booking link in a newsletter or social media post

A heatmap shows which days and times receive the most bookings. This helps you:

  • Optimize availability -- Open more slots during peak demand times
  • Protect focus time -- If mornings are rarely booked, keep them for deep work
  • Adjust buffers -- High-demand periods may benefit from tighter scheduling

Filtering

Use the filters at the top of the analytics page to adjust the view:

  • Date range -- View the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a custom range
  • Event type -- Filter analytics to a specific event type

Using Analytics to Improve Scheduling

  1. Check your cancellation rate -- If it is high, consider adding confirmation reminders or increasing minimum notice
  2. Review popular slots -- Align your availability schedule with when clients actually want to meet
  3. Monitor booking growth -- Track whether changes to your event types and availability are driving more bookings
