Managing Plans

After the AI generates a plan, you decide what to do with it. You can accept it wholesale, cherry-pick individual suggestions, or discard it entirely.

Reviewing a Plan

When a plan is generated, you see a side-by-side comparison:

• Current schedule -- How your week looks today
• Proposed schedule -- What the AI recommends

Each recommendation is shown individually so you can evaluate it on its own merits.

Accepting a Plan

Click Accept Plan to apply all recommendations. ChronSync updates your availability schedule and/or creates calendar events according to the plan. Accepted changes take effect immediately and are reflected on your booking page.

Partial Acceptance

If you like some suggestions but not others:

1. Review each recommendation individually
2. Toggle on the ones you want to keep
3. Toggle off the ones you want to skip
4. Click Apply Selected

Only the selected recommendations are applied. The rest are discarded.

Discarding a Plan

Click Discard to throw away the entire plan without making any changes. Your schedule remains exactly as it was.

Plan History

ChronSync keeps a history of generated plans so you can:

• Review past plans to see what was suggested
• Track which suggestions you accepted and which you skipped
• Compare plans over time to see how your scheduling patterns evolve

Regenerating

You can generate a new plan at any time. The AI always uses your current calendar state, so generating a plan on Monday morning after a busy week of bookings produces different results than generating one on a quiet Friday afternoon.

There is no limit to how many plans you can generate. Experiment freely.
