Configure email and in-app notification preferences in ChronSync.
Notifications
ChronSync sends notifications to keep you informed about booking activity. You control which notifications you receive and how they are delivered.
Notification Channels

Notification Types
Booking Notifications
| Notification | Default | Description |

| New booking | On | Someone books a meeting with you |
| Booking cancelled | On | A booking is cancelled by you or the client |
| Booking rescheduled | On | A booking is moved to a different time |
| Booking reminder | On | A reminder before an upcoming meeting |
System Notifications

Configuring Notifications
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Select the Notifications tab
- Toggle each notification type on or off for each channel
- Click Save
Booking Reminders
Booking reminders are sent before a meeting to both you and your client. You can configure:
- Reminder timing -- How far in advance the reminder is sent (e.g., 15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours)
- Reminder channel -- Email, in-app, or both
Reminders help reduce no-shows by keeping the meeting top-of-mind for both parties.
Email Delivery
Notification emails are sent from ChronSync's email system. If you are not receiving emails:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Add ChronSync's sender address to your contacts
- Verify your account email is correct in Settings > Profile
