Manage your ChronSync profile — name, avatar, timezone, and booking page settings.
Profile
Your profile controls how you appear to clients on your public booking page and within your team.
Editing Your Profile
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Select the Profile tab
- Update any of the fields below
- Click Save
Profile Fields
Display Name
Your full name as it appears on your booking page and in booking confirmation emails. Clients see this when they select a time slot.
Username
Your unique identifier that forms part of your booking URL:
https://chronsync.com/book/<username>Choose something professional and easy to share. The username can only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Avatar
Upload a profile photo. This appears on your booking page and helps clients confirm they are booking with the right person. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, SVG. Maximum file size: 2 MB.
Timezone
Your local timezone. This determines how your availability schedule is interpreted and how meeting times are displayed in the dashboard.
If you travel, update your timezone to reflect your current location. Clients always see available slots in their own timezone, so the conversion is handled automatically.
Bio
A short description that appears on your public profile page. Use this to tell clients about your role, expertise, or what to expect from a meeting with you.
Changing Your Email
Your account email is set during sign-up. If you signed in with Google or Microsoft OAuth, your email is tied to that provider account. For email/password accounts, you can update your email from the profile settings.
Deleting Your Account
To delete your account, scroll to the bottom of the profile page and click Delete Account. This action is permanent and removes:
- All your event types
- All booking history
- All calendar connections
- Your public booking page
Active bookings are cancelled and clients receive cancellation notifications.
