Schedules

Configure your weekly availability schedule in ChronSync to control when clients can book meetings.

Schedules

A schedule defines your available hours for each day of the week. This is the foundation of your booking availability.

Editing Your Schedule

  1. Click Availability in the sidebar
  2. You see a weekly grid with your current hours for each day
  3. For each day, set the start time and end time of your available window
  4. To make a day unavailable, toggle it off
  5. Click Save to apply the changes

Multiple Time Blocks

You can set more than one time block per day. This is useful if you take a midday break or have split availability.

Example: Available 9:00 AM -- 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM -- 5:00 PM on weekdays, giving you a two-hour lunch break where no bookings can be made.

Timezone

Your schedule is defined in the timezone set in your profile. Clients see your available slots converted to their own local timezone on the booking page.

If you travel frequently, update your timezone in Settings > Profile to ensure your availability reflects your current location.

How Schedules Interact with Event Types

Your availability schedule applies globally to all event types by default. Each event type draws from the same weekly hours.

If you need different availability for different event types (for example, coaching sessions only on Tuesdays and Thursdays), you can assign a specific availability template to that event type. See Templates for details.

Tips for Setting Availability

  • Leave buffer around lunch -- If you eat at noon, end your morning block at 11:30 AM rather than 12:00 PM to avoid meetings running into lunch
  • Account for preparation -- If you need prep time, use buffer settings on your event types rather than shrinking availability
  • Be realistic -- Setting 8:00 AM -- 8:00 PM availability might get you more bookings, but leads to burnout
