Define when you are available for bookings by setting weekly schedules and reusable templates.

Availability

Your availability schedule tells ChronSync when you are open for bookings. Without it, the platform has no way of knowing your working hours.


How Availability Works

ChronSync combines two sources to determine which slots appear on your booking page:

  1. Your availability schedule -- The weekly hours you define (e.g., Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM--5:00 PM)
  2. Your connected calendars -- Existing events that block specific slots within those hours

A slot only appears as bookable if it falls within your availability hours AND no conflicting event exists on any connected calendar.


Default Schedule

When you create an account, ChronSync sets up a default availability schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in your local timezone. You can customize this at any time from the Availability page.
