What your bookers see
When someone opens your ChronSync booking link, they pick an event type, choose a time in their own time zone, enter their details, and confirm — no account required.
When someone opens your booking link, they can pick a time and book you in a few steps — and they never have to create an account. This page walks through that experience from your client's side, so you know exactly what happens after you share your booking link.
Before you start
- Make sure at least one event type is Active. Only active event types appear on your booking page. See Create an event type.
- Set your weekly hours so there are times to choose from.
Throughout this page, "you" are the host. Your client — the person opening your link — is the booker.
The booking flow, step by step
1. They open your link
Your booker lands on your booking page at chronsync.com/<your-username>, where they see your active event types listed. If you shared a direct event link (chronsync.com/<your-username>/<event>), they skip straight to that event's calendar.

2. They pick an event type
The booker chooses the type of meeting they want — for example, a 30-minute consult or an intro call. Each event type shows its name and length.

3. They choose a time
A calendar shows your open slots. Times appear in the booker's own time zone, automatically — so a client in another region sees times that make sense for them, with no math required. They pick a day, then a time.

The slots a booker sees come from your weekly hours and your existing bookings. If a time is taken, it won't appear as available.
4. They enter their details
Next, the booker fills in a short form:
- Name (required)
- Email (required)
- Phone (optional)
- Notes (optional)
If your event type includes booking questions, those appear here too.

5. They confirm
The booker clicks Confirm Booking to finish. If the event type requires your approval, the button reads Request Booking instead — the time is held while they wait for you to accept or decline.

After they book
The booker sees a confirmation screen and gets a confirmation message. From the link in it, they can reschedule or cancel on their own — no need to email you.
On your side, the booking lands in your Bookings automatically. If the event type requires approval, it waits there for you to accept or decline.
Bookers never need a ChronSync account. They only enter their name and email to book — that's it.
