A tour of ChronSync

Get oriented in ChronSync: what the Dashboard shows you and what each item in the sidebar does.

This page gives you the lay of the land so you always know where to find things. Once you've signed in, take a minute to look around — it'll make every other task faster.

Your Dashboard

When you sign in, you land on your Dashboard (/dashboard). It greets you and gives you an at-a-glance read on how your scheduling is going through a set of KPI cards:

  • Booking Pulse — how many bookings you have today and this week, with a trend so you can see which way things are moving.
  • Booking Health — your completed, cancelled, and no-show rates.

If you're an owner or admin, you'll also see two more cards:

  • Revenue — the money tied to your bookings.
  • Growth — how your booking activity is changing over time.

Below the cards are two more widgets:

  • Upcoming Bookings — everything on your calendar for the next 7 days.
  • Calendar — a calendar view of your schedule.

The sidebar

The left sidebar is how you move around ChronSync. Here's what each item is for:

  • Dashboard — the home view described above.
  • Bookings — view, filter, and manage your appointments.
  • Allocations — how booked time is assigned.
  • Event Types — the kinds of meetings you offer and the link people use to book them.
  • Availability — the hours people can book you. It includes Schedules and Templates.
  • Teams — the people you work with in ChronSync.
  • AI Scheduling — AI-assisted scheduling tools.
  • Analytics — deeper reporting on your bookings.
  • Settings — your profile, security, integrations, and more.

The Organization / Personal toggle

On the Event Types and Bookings pages, owners and admins see an Organization / Personal scope toggle.

  • Organization shows the whole organization's data.
  • Personal shows just your own.

Switch between them whenever you want to zoom out to the full picture or focus on just your work.

The Organization / Personal toggle only appears for owners and admins. If you don't see it, you're viewing your own data — which is exactly what most hosts need.
