ChronSync
Getting Started

Set up your profile

Add your photo, set your timezone, choose your default meeting app and calendar, and change your password in ChronSync Settings.

Set up your profile so your bookings show the right name and photo, land in the right calendar, and use the correct times. This takes just a couple of minutes and makes everything that follows smoother.

Before you start

  • You're signed in to ChronSync.
  • To pick a Default Calendar or Default Meeting App, connect them first under Settings → Integrations. See Connect your calendar.

Edit your profile

In the sidebar, click Settings, then open the Profile tab (/settings).

Upload a profile photo, then crop it to frame your face.

Enter your Full name as you'd like it to appear to people booking you.

Set your Timezone.

Your Timezone matters: your availability is based on it. If it's wrong, people may be offered the wrong times. Double-check it before you share any booking links.

Choose your Default Meeting AppZoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. This is the video tool used for new bookings unless you choose otherwise.

Choose your Default Calendar — the connected calendar where new bookings are written.

Click Save.

Your profile is updated, and new bookings now use these defaults.

Your email is shown on this page but can't be changed here. If you need a different email, contact your administrator.

Change your password

You change your password in the Security area of Settings.

Open Settings, then go to the Security area.

Enter your current password.

Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters).

Click Save.

Changing your password here is available only if you sign in with a password. If you sign in with Leadetic SSO, manage your password through your identity provider instead.
