Sharing Your Booking Link
Share your ChronSync booking URL with clients so they can schedule meetings with you.
Sharing Your Booking Link
Every event type has a public booking URL that you share with clients. When they visit, they see a calendar of your available slots and can book directly.
Your Booking URL
Each event type generates a URL in this format:
https://chronsync.com/book/<your-username>/<event-slug>For example, if your username is jane and your event type slug is 30-min-call, the URL is:
https://chronsync.com/book/jane/30-min-callWhere to Share
You can place your booking link anywhere:
- Email signature -- Add it to your email footer so contacts can always find it
- Website -- Link directly or embed the booking widget (see Embed Widget)
- Social media -- Share on LinkedIn, Twitter, or your profiles
- Chat and messaging -- Paste the link in Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp conversations
- Business cards -- Include a QR code that points to your booking page
What Your Clients See
When a client clicks your booking link, they see:
- A calendar view with your available dates highlighted
- Time slot picker for the selected date, based on your availability and connected calendars
- A booking form where they enter their name, email, and any notes
- A confirmation page after the booking is created
The client receives a confirmation email, and the booking appears on your Bookings page and connected calendars.
Multiple Event Types
If you have several event types, each has its own URL. You can share specific links for specific purposes, or direct clients to your profile page where all your event types are listed:
