Event Types
Event Types
Define the meetings you offer in ChronSync — set durations, scheduling rules, buffers, and booking limits.
Event Types
Event types are the building blocks of your scheduling. Each event type defines a kind of meeting you offer, with its own duration, description, and rules.
Creating Event Types
Walk through every field in the event type form.
Scheduling Options
Configure buffers, booking windows, and minimum notice.
Booking Limits
Cap the number of bookings per day, week, or month.
How Event Types Work
When you create an event type, ChronSync generates a public booking URL. Clients visit that URL, see your available slots (based on your availability schedule and connected calendars), and book a time.
You can create as many event types as you need. Common examples:
- 15-Minute Quick Call -- For brief check-ins
- 30-Minute Consultation -- Standard client meetings
- 60-Minute Workshop -- Longer collaborative sessions
- Discovery Call -- Initial conversations with prospective clients
Each event type operates independently with its own scheduling rules.
