Event Types

Define the meetings you offer in ChronSync — set durations, scheduling rules, buffers, and booking limits.

Event Types

Event types are the building blocks of your scheduling. Each event type defines a kind of meeting you offer, with its own duration, description, and rules.

How Event Types Work

When you create an event type, ChronSync generates a public booking URL. Clients visit that URL, see your available slots (based on your availability schedule and connected calendars), and book a time.

You can create as many event types as you need. Common examples:

  • 15-Minute Quick Call -- For brief check-ins
  • 30-Minute Consultation -- Standard client meetings
  • 60-Minute Workshop -- Longer collaborative sessions
  • Discovery Call -- Initial conversations with prospective clients

Each event type operates independently with its own scheduling rules.
