Analytics and reports
What ChronSync analytics show — KPI cards, bookings over time, popular time slots, cancellation reasons, team performance, and revenue — plus how date range and scope work.
Dig into how your scheduling is trending over time. The Analytics page takes the same booking activity from your dashboard and breaks it down across a date range — by volume, event type, time of day, outcome, and team member — so you can spot patterns and see what's working.
This page explains the controls and what each chart means.
Choose a date range
Pick the window you want to look at with the date range control: 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Every KPI and chart on the page updates to match.
Custom date ranges aren't available yet — you choose from the three preset windows above.
Scope: Organization or Personal (owners and admins)
If you're an owner or admin, a scope toggle lets you switch between Organization (everyone in your workspace) and Personal (just your own bookings). This changes which bookings every figure on the page is based on.
What you'll find
KPI cards
Four cards summarize the selected period:
| KPI | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Total Bookings | How many bookings fall in the date range |
| Completion % | The share of bookings that were completed |
| Cancellation % | The share that were cancelled |
| No-Show % | The share where the booker didn't attend |
Charts and breakdowns
Below the KPIs, several charts break the same activity down further:
- Bookings Over Time — how your booking volume rises and falls across the range.
- Bookings by Event Type — which of your event types get booked most.
- Popular Time Slots — a day-of-week × hour heatmap showing when bookings cluster.
- Cancellation Reasons — why bookings were called off, when a reason was given.
- Team Performance — bookings per member, so you can see how work is shared across the team. See Set up round-robin scheduling for how bookings get distributed.
- Revenue — shown when you have revenue to report.
- Waitlist Conversion — how often waitlisted bookers turn into confirmed bookings.

Good to know
A few limits to keep in mind when reading analytics:
- No export yet. You can't download the data — the figures live on this page only.
- Popular Time Slots groups by UTC. The heatmap buckets bookings by UTC, so your peak hours may look shifted from your local time.
- Revenue doesn't account for partial refunds yet. Revenue figures don't subtract partial refunds, so they may read a little high where those apply.
