View and filter bookings

Find any appointment in ChronSync using the Bookings status tabs, search box, and date range, then open it to see full details.

Find the appointment you're looking for and open it to see everything about it. The Bookings page lists every booking, with filters that let you narrow down to exactly the ones you want — upcoming, past, by status, or by person.

Before you start

  • Open the Bookings page from the main navigation. It has two tabs at the top: Bookings and Proposals. This page covers the Bookings tab; proposals are covered separately.

Filter the list

Within the Bookings tab, three controls help you narrow things down. Use them together or on their own.

Use the status tabs to filter by where a booking stands: All, Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, or No Show.

Type a name or email into the search box to find bookings for a specific person.

Set a date range with the from and to fields to show only bookings in a given window — for example, the week ahead for upcoming meetings, or last month for past ones.

The table updates as you filter. Each row shows four columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
Event TypeThe kind of meeting that was booked
BookerThe name and email of the person who booked
Date / TimeWhen the meeting starts and ends, with the timezone
StatusThe booking's current status

Open a booking

Find the booking in the table, then click View on its row.

The booking's detail page opens, showing:

  • The event and its date, time, and timezone
  • The booker's name and contact details
  • A Join Meeting link, for bookings held over video
  • The booker's answers under Intake Form Responses
  • Reschedule History, if the booking has been rescheduled

From here you can act on the booking — see the related guides below.
