Booking statuses
A reference table of every ChronSync booking status — Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, No Show, and Rescheduled — and what each one means.
Every booking carries a status that tells you where it stands. You'll see it in the Status column on the Bookings page and at the top of each booking's detail page, and you can filter the list by status. Here's what each one means.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting your approval — or, for paid events, awaiting payment. Not yet confirmed. |
| Confirmed | Scheduled and active. The meeting is on. |
| Completed | The meeting happened. You marked it this way. |
| Cancelled | The booking was called off. The time slot is freed. |
| No Show | The booker didn't attend. |
| Rescheduled | Replaced by a booking at a new time. The original is kept for reference. |
