Microsoft Teams links
Add Microsoft Teams meeting links to your bookings using your connected Microsoft calendar.
Add a Microsoft Teams meeting link to your bookings automatically. Teams links use your Microsoft calendar connection — the same connection that syncs your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar also grants ChronSync permission to create Teams meetings, so there's no separate Teams integration to set up.
Before you start: connect your Microsoft calendar. If you haven't yet, see Connect your calendar.
Connect Microsoft
You'll connect Microsoft from Settings → Integrations (/settings/integrations). If your Microsoft calendar is already connected, skip to the next section.
Go to Settings → Integrations and find Microsoft.
Click Add Microsoft.
Sign in to your Microsoft account and grant access.
Microsoft then shows as Connected, with both Calendars and Meeting Links enabled.

Add Teams links to an event type
Choose Teams as the video option on each event type where you want a link.
Open the event type you want to add Teams to.
Set Video provider to Microsoft Teams.
Save the event type.
Now, when someone books that event type, ChronSync creates a Teams meeting and adds the join link to the booking. See Create an event type for the full event-type setup.
Automatic Google Meet links aren't available yet. To add a video link automatically today, choose Zoom or Microsoft Teams as your Video provider.
