Customize email templates
Edit the wording and branding of ChronSync's booking emails under Settings → Email Templates, preview your changes, and send yourself a test.
Change the wording and branding of the emails ChronSync sends around your bookings — confirmation, reminder, cancellation, and more. You edit a template, preview how it looks, and send yourself a test before it goes live.
Before you start: you need to be signed in to your ChronSync account.
Open Email Templates
Go to Settings → Email Templates (/settings/email-templates). This page lists the booking emails you can customize.

Edit, preview, and test a template
Select the template you want to change — for example, the booking confirmation or reminder.
Edit the wording and branding.
Select Preview to see how the email will look.
Select Send Test to email a copy to yourself and check it in your inbox.
Select Save Changes.
Your edits layer on top of ChronSync's default templates, so anything you don't change keeps the standard wording. The next matching email goes out with your customized version.
Reset a template to the default
Changed your mind? Open the template and select Reset to Default to discard your custom changes and restore ChronSync's standard wording.
Editing a template changes the wording of an email — it doesn't change which emails ChronSync sends. To control whether confirmation emails go out and how reminders are scheduled, use your notification preferences.
