Teams let you group members together for collaborative scheduling. When clients book with a team, ChronSync finds availability across all team members.
How Teams Work
A team is a named group of ChronSync users. Team-based event types check availability across all members and assign the booking to whichever member has an open slot.
This is ideal for:
- Sales teams -- Incoming demo requests are distributed across available reps
- Support teams -- Client calls are routed to whoever is free
- Consulting firms -- Any available consultant can take the meeting
