Set your weekly hours
Define the weekly days and times when people can book you in ChronSync by creating or editing an availability schedule.
Define the weekly hours when people can book you. These hours feed your booking page directly: ChronSync only offers slots that fall inside them, so setting them well keeps your bookings within the times you actually work.
Before you start
- Make sure the timezone in your profile is correct — your hours are based on it. See Set up your profile.
- Bookers don't need to share your timezone. ChronSync automatically shows everyone times converted to their own timezone.
How schedules work
You can keep multiple named schedules — for example, one for client calls and another for internal meetings. One schedule is marked as your Default, and the default applies to your event types unless you choose otherwise.
A brand-new schedule starts at Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, so you only need to change the days and times that differ.
Create or edit a schedule
Go to Availability and open Schedules.

Open an existing schedule to edit it, or create a new one to start fresh.
Set a Name so you can recognize the schedule later.
Turn the Default schedule toggle on if you want this schedule to apply to your event types.
In the weekly grid, set the start and end times for each day people can book you. Turn off any day you don't want to take bookings.

Choose a Slot Interval — 15, 30, or 60 minutes. This controls how finely start times are offered: a 15-minute interval offers more starting times than a 60-minute one.
Click Save.
Your hours are saved, and your booking page immediately offers slots that match them.
Connecting a calendar lets ChronSync also hide times you're already busy, so it never offers a slot that clashes with an existing event. See Connect your calendar.
Delete a schedule
You can Delete any schedule you no longer need — except the one marked as your Default. To remove a default schedule, first make another schedule the default, then delete the old one.

Your availability decides which time slots appear on your booking page, so set the weekly hours when people can book you.
Use multiple schedules
Keep several named availability schedules in ChronSync for different working patterns, and mark one as your default so it applies to your event types.
