Manage event types
Copy a booking link, edit, activate or deactivate, and delete your event types from the Event Types list in ChronSync — deactivate to hide one without losing it.
Keep your event types up to date from the Event Types list. Each event type has its own card with quick actions to share its link, change its settings, hide it, or remove it for good.
Before you start
- Go to Event Types (
/event-types) to see every event type you've created, each as a card.
What each card offers
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Copy booking link | Copies this event type's booking URL so you can paste it anywhere. |
| Edit | Reopens the form to change any setting. |
| Activate / Deactivate | Toggles whether the event type shows on your booking page — hide it without deleting it. |
| Delete | Removes the event type and its booking link permanently. |

Find the event type
On the Event Types list, locate the card for the event type you want to share.

Select Copy booking link
Select Copy booking link. ChronSync copies the event type's booking URL to your clipboard, ready to paste into an email, message, or page.
Edit an event type
Select Edit on the card to reopen the form, change any setting, and save. Your updates take effect on your booking page as soon as you save.
Hide an event type without deleting it
Use the Activate / Deactivate toggle to take an event type off your booking page while keeping everything about it intact. Deactivate it when you want to pause bookings temporarily — for a service you're not offering this month, say — then activate it again later to bring it back exactly as it was.
Delete an event type
Deleting an event type removes it and its booking link permanently. Anyone who has that link will no longer be able to book it. If you only want to hide it temporarily, Deactivate it instead.
Find the event type
On the Event Types list, locate the card for the event type you want to remove.
Select Delete
Select Delete on the card. ChronSync asks you to confirm before removing it.
Confirm the deletion
Confirm to delete the event type. It disappears from your list, and its booking link stops working.
