Plan statuses

What each Smart Scheduling plan status means — from Draft, when a plan is first created, through Proposed, Tentative, and Booked.

Every Smart Scheduling plan moves through a series of statuses as ChronSync builds, reviews, and books it. Use this table to understand where a plan stands when you open it from All Plans.

StatusWhat it means
DraftThe plan has just been created.
ParsedChronSync's AI has read your request into a set of sessions.
GeneratingChronSync is placing the sessions against your availability and calendars.
ProposedThe sessions are placed and the plan is awaiting your review.
ApprovedYou've approved the plan.
TentativeThe times are held as calendar holds, not yet confirmed as bookings.
Pending ReviewThe plan has been shared with someone for their input.
Partially BookedSome of the plan's sessions are booked, but not all.
BookedAll of the plan's sessions are booked.
CompletedThe plan's sessions have taken place.
RejectedThe plan was rejected and won't be booked.
FailedSomething went wrong while building the plan — try submitting your request again.
