Plan statuses
What each Smart Scheduling plan status means — from Draft, when a plan is first created, through Proposed, Tentative, and Booked.
Every Smart Scheduling plan moves through a series of statuses as ChronSync builds, reviews, and books it. Use this table to understand where a plan stands when you open it from All Plans.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | The plan has just been created. |
| Parsed | ChronSync's AI has read your request into a set of sessions. |
| Generating | ChronSync is placing the sessions against your availability and calendars. |
| Proposed | The sessions are placed and the plan is awaiting your review. |
| Approved | You've approved the plan. |
| Tentative | The times are held as calendar holds, not yet confirmed as bookings. |
| Pending Review | The plan has been shared with someone for their input. |
| Partially Booked | Some of the plan's sessions are booked, but not all. |
| Booked | All of the plan's sessions are booked. |
| Completed | The plan's sessions have taken place. |
| Rejected | The plan was rejected and won't be booked. |
| Failed | Something went wrong while building the plan — try submitting your request again. |
