Propose meeting times

Hold several tentative time slots on your calendar for a recipient, then accept one to book it and release the rest.

Create a proposal to hold several tentative time slots on your calendar for a recipient. When the time is settled, you accept one slot — which books it and releases the others.

Coming soon: sending the options to your recipient so they can pick a time isn't available yet. There's no automatic email to the recipient and no self-service picker. For now, you hold the slots, share the times however you normally would, and confirm the chosen time yourself on their behalf.

Before you begin

Create a proposal

Go to Bookings, then open the Proposals tab.
