Review and book a plan

Open a finished plan, check and edit its proposed sessions, then book them or hold the times as tentative.

Open a plan that ChronSync has finished, review and adjust the proposed sessions, then either book them as real appointments or hold the times tentatively to confirm later.

Before you begin

Review and book

In the sidebar, under AI Scheduling, click All Plans, then open the plan you want to review.

Review the proposed sessions — the times, durations, and details ChronSync has placed against your availability. Edit anything that isn't quite right.

When you're happy with the sessions, decide how to commit them:

  • Click Approve & Book to create real bookings on your calendar.
  • Click Reserve Tentatively to hold the times as Tentative — calendar holds without meeting links — so you can confirm them later or share the plan first.

What happens next

When you choose Approve & Book, ChronSync places the sessions on your calendar and creates real appointments. They appear in Bookings alongside the rest of your schedule, where you can view, reschedule, or cancel them as usual.

Reserve Tentatively holds the times without booking them. The plan moves to Tentative, and the holds stay on your calendar until you confirm or release them — handy when you want someone's input before finalizing.
