Create a scheduling plan
Describe the meetings you need in plain language and ChronSync's AI builds a set of proposed sessions fitted to your availability.
Describe what you need in plain language and ChronSync builds a plan — a set of proposed sessions fitted to your weekly hours and connected calendars — that you can review and book.
Before you begin
- Set your weekly hours so ChronSync knows when you're available.
- Connect a calendar so ChronSync can see what's already booked.
Create the plan
In the sidebar, under AI Scheduling, click New Plan.

Type your request in plain language — for example, "Schedule three 1-hour coaching calls with Dana next week, mornings only."
Describe the sessions the way you'd explain them to a colleague: how many, how long, with whom, and any constraints like mornings only or a particular week.

If it helps, attach any files that give ChronSync more context.

Submit your request.
ChronSync's AI reads your request into a set of proposed sessions, then fits them against your availability and connected calendars. This runs in the background, so you don't have to wait on the page.

See the result
As ChronSync works, your plan moves through a series of statuses (see the plan statuses reference for what each one means). When it's ready, open it from All Plans in the sidebar.
ChronSync doesn't email you when a plan finishes yet — check All Plans to see the result.
If a plan shows Failed, something went wrong while building it. Submit your request again, or contact support if it keeps failing.
