ChronSync
Bookings

Create a booking manually

Add one or more ChronSync bookings on a booker's behalf — for example, someone who booked by phone — using the Create Bookings panel on the Bookings page.

Add a booking yourself instead of waiting for someone to book online. This is the way to get a phone, email, or walk-in request onto your schedule, and you can add several sessions for the same client at once.

When to use this

Reach for manual booking whenever a client lands a meeting outside your booking page — for example:

  • Someone calls or emails to book rather than using your link.
  • A returning client wants a run of sessions scheduled in one go.
  • You're moving an existing arrangement into ChronSync so it shows on your calendar.

Before you start

  • Open the Bookings page from the main navigation.
  • Have the client's name and email ready, and know which event type they're booking and the date and time of each session.

Create the booking

On the Bookings page, click Create Bookings.

Enter the Client email and Client name of the person you're booking for.

Choose the Event type. ChronSync fills in the Duration for you from that event type.

Set the Display Timezone — this controls how the times appear on the booking confirmation.

Under Sessions, pick the date and time for the session. Click Add session to schedule more for the same client (up to 50).

Click Create All Sessions.

ChronSync creates the bookings and shows a summary — for example, "3 sessions created" — with a line for each session confirming it went through. The new bookings appear in the table on the Bookings page, just like ones made online.
